Santan Computer Repair offers a 60 Day Guarantee from the date of first service on labor. If a problem previously resolved by Santan Computer Repair returns, we will either (a) schedule a complimentary on-site service call, or (b) attempt resolution via remote diagnostic technology, at our option.

For example, if the original service call was in regards to system lock-ups, and the problem reoccurred within 60 days, the issue would be covered and additional labor would be performed at no cost. However, if the original service call was in regards to system lock-ups, and a few weeks later your system was infected with a virus (something not addressed by the original call), the repair would be excluded from the scope of this guarantee.

Note: Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only. Labor incurred during part replacement is not covered by this guarantee, although we may (but are not obligated to) waive some or all labor costs during the first 60 days, depending on the circumstances. Computer systems sold by Santan Computer Repair are warranted solely by the manufacturer, distributer, or re-conditioner only. Returns of computer systems must be made within 7 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the credit may take up to 14 days to be issued.

This guarantee and these policies are effective as of 8/05/07. Service performed prior to this date are covered by the guarantee in effect at the time of payment.
